Shipping and Local Pick Up

Processing:

Since all plants are sold bare rooted, the order processing time will be approximately 2-5 days.  We want to ensure all plants are air dried to prevent damages during shipping.

Shipping Rate:

We ship nation wide through Canada Post.  Shipping rates will be calculated during check out by Canada Post.

Local Pick Up:

Pick Up at Our Next Market!  During the spring and summer season, we will be participating at different markets around Ontario.  If you would like to pick up at one of our upcoming markets in your local area, simply place your order as a local pick up order.  Once we receive your order we will contact you by email to confirm with you which market we should have your order ready for pick up!

Pick up at our office in Richmond Hill, Ontario!  We offer curbside pick up by appointment only.  Once your local pick up order has been processed we will send out an email with appointment options for you.  Please only arrive at your scheduled appointment time.  Any orders not picked up by the end of the scheduled pickup time will automatically be cancelled.
