All plant sales are final sale. 

Succulents are quite hardy and generally ships very well.  However, we ask that you please kindly track your order and do not leave the package outdoors in extreme weather conditions once it has been delivered.  

If you encountered any issues when you received your plants, please kindly notify us within 24 hours by email and include a few pictures of the plant from the respective order.
